Founder

Daniel Gamburd

Daniel Gamburd is the founder of Palermo Financial Group. With over 20 years of experience navigating diverse market cycles, Daniel has developed a deep expertise in real estate investment, development, and private lending. His strategic insight and financial acumen have been honed through decades of hands-on leadership, both in the U.S. and internationally. Before relocating to Miami from Buenos Aires, Daniel founded and sold a successful retail business in Argentina, demonstrating his ability to build and scale profitable ventures across different industries and markets.

Co-Founder

Eitan Gamburd

Eitan Gamburd is the co-founder of Palermo Financial Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Bentley University. Before founding Palermo Financial Group, Eitan worked in the Corporate Banking Division at RBC Capital Markets, specializing in institutional bank loan origination for REITs across various real estate subsectors.

Julian Sruber

Julian Sruber has more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. A lawyer by trade, Julian graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in taxation and specialized in Real Estate at the Torcuato Di Tella University. Prior to joining Palermo Financail Group, Julian worked at some of the top law firms in Argentina. Now, Julian brings his expertise in all matters legal and tax together with his real estate business analysis.
