Daniel Gamburd is the founder of Palermo Financial Group. With over 20 years of experience across various market cycles, Daniel has expertise in real estate investment, development, and private lending. Prior to relocating to Miami from Buenos Aires, he founded and sold a successful retail business in Argentina.

Eitan Gamburd is the co-founder of Palermo Financial Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Bentley University. Before founding Palermo Financial Group, Eitan worked in the Corporate Banking Division at RBC Capital Markets, specializing in institutional bank loan origination for REITs across various real estate subsectors.

Julian Sruber has more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. A lawyer by trade, Julian graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in taxation and specialized in Real Estate at the Torcuato Di Tella University. Prior to joining Palermo Financail Group, Julian worked at some of the top law firms in Argentina. Now, Julian brings his expertise in all matters legal and tax together with his real estate business analysis.

Jazmin Lacabanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires. With a multi-faceted professional background, Jazmin provides comprehensive support across various functions at Palermo Financial Group.

  • How are loans serviced?
    All loans are serviced in-house by Palermo Financial for a seamless experience. Payments are typically auto-debited via ACH, though borrowers may also pay through our secure online portal. Please note: opting out of ACH may result in a higher interest rate, as outlined in your loan agreement. Borrowers can view loan details, payment history, and make payments anytime via our borrower portal. Yes, early payoff is allowed. Some loans may include a prepayment penalty, which will be disclosed in your loan terms.   • How does the process work?
    We keep documentation minimal—far less than a traditional bank. Typically, we’ll need: Property details and a third-party valuation (appraisal or BPO) Purchase contract (if applicable) Clean title report Our process is fast and straightforward: Loan Inquiry: Submit basic property details and your financing needs Initial Review: We evaluate the deal and issue a term sheet—often the same day Due Diligence: We order the appraisal, title search, and verify insurance Loan Funding: Once approved, we can close in as little as 3 days Most loans close within 3 to 7 days, depending on the property type and due diligence requirements.
