Closing

After successfully completing the underwriting process, we'll move forward to funding and closing the loan. This stage involves coordinating with all parties involved, including attorneys, title companies, and escrow agents, to ensure a smooth transaction. We'll provide you with a clear timeline and checklist of any remaining requirements to close the deal. Once everything is in place, funds will be disbursed and the loan will move to our servicing team.
